About this home

This lovely, mostly level, and gently sloping 2.1-acre property is located at Galiano's south end. Tucked away behind an adjacent lot, the forested property with eastern exposure ensures excellent privacy. It has been held within the same family for decades. A roughed-in driveway leads to the 900 sq. ft. main house, which is considered a tear-down. There is also a 245 sq. ft. rustic, single-room cabin with a covered deck. An older wood stove provides heat. These 2 structures are not currently serviced by power, water, nor septic. Power and a well are along Burrill Road. Centrally located, the property is within walking distance of the ferry Terminal, eateries, the health care center, Saturday market and other local amenities. It is also a short walk to picturesque Bellhouse Park.
